Event Details

Our trainer is Terra Mortensen, Grant Writer & Founder of TerraGrants+. Terra has worked as a consultant, grant writer, and marketing writer for nonprofit organizations in the greater Birmingham area since 2010. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she graduated with University Honors and was recognized nationally as a PRSSA Gold Key recipient. Terra leads a team of consultants offering a range of experience in writing and editing; local, regional, and federal grants; and design. She spent fifteen years in marketing, advertising, and public relations, where she worked with a variety of commercial and non-profit companies across a range of industries before starting her consulting business.
