About the training
Join Autumn Sanders of Quire Consulting as she helps participants learn how to create a program-evaluation process that helps their teams build better offerings and deliver on the growing need for data-driven programs. Learn how to take a human-centered design approach to evaluation that considers the experience of your participants, the capacities of your team, and the needs of your funders.
Takeaways for participants include:
1. A common language for metrics and measurements—making sure we mean the same thing when we talk about evaluation
2. A human-centered design approach to evaluation—how to develop processes built around the people involved in the project
3. The tools to have an honest conversation about what's possible when moving toward a data-centered organization
4. A demystifying approach to the art of surveying—how to right-size your surveys
5. A safe space for people with all different levels of data experience
