The Way We Use Information
In an effort to facilitate networking and communication between organizations affiliated with Alabama Association of Nonprofits and the community at large, our website is designed to post contact information for our organizational, business, associate and corporate members/partners. This profile includes primary contact name, indicated mailing address, telephone, fax, e-mail, website, and organizational description/mission. At the member's request, we will designate your account 'private' and public access to this information will be discontinued. However, the name of the organization will still appear on our membership listing.
We may also provide 'snail mail' contact information of active members to vendors we affiliate with as Associate Members to communicate information about products or services we feel could be of value to your organization. At the member's request, we will designate your account 'private' and discontinue distribution of your contact information to our vendors and block public access to contact information through our website. However, the name of the organization will still appear on our membership listing.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT MAINTAINED IN MEMBER RECORDS ON THE NRCA WEB SITE.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Credit card information is not stored on our Web site for additional security.
